PLANETARY GOVERMENT

  1. Unification of the System of Representation of the Man. SILENTE UNITY IN ACTION.
  2. Liberation through the homogenization of the elements that will guide all the Nations to the ideal of Unity and to Constitute it in Action Silent and Peace.
  3. Planetary Emergency: It is required urgently a total conscious action of service, designated by the Divine Precepts of Action.
  4. The chain reaction of this “movement” is shaking internally the highest levels of the Planetary Hierarchy that it regulates the destinations of the man.
  5. It is absolutely essential that the given Order that it is the DIVINE CONSTITUTION be known by the great majority of the governments and the regencies of the man.
  6. It is urgent to establish only one plan of action, and only one legislation sphere based on the CODE OF LOVE.
  7. The DIVINE CONSTITUTION and the DIVINE CODE OF LOVE should flow freely showing the desire of the men for the Light, and to make that the Planet Earth can be transformed into a Real Center of Divine Energy Interchange and not a destruction arsenal.

The DIVINE CONSTITUTION should transcend beyond of your original planet: The Earth, because Its message is:

UNIVERSAL!, INTERGALACTIC!.

The Translation and the Reproduction will mark the Rhythm of Liberation allowing each man the contact with the Divine Disposition of Love for each Being on the Planet.

It is of vital importance that this small message of UNITY be known by the majority of the individuals, a disposition that will sow true hope in each being that is claiming a REAL PLANETARY GOVERNMENT.

  1. The necessity to liberate the Internal Order of the CODE, will give origin to the Chain of Conscious Liberation: This is the answer to all those that have been clamoring and that have not been responded.
  2. The distribution of the Constitution will be made by each interested man that will be immediately connected at interior level with the Fraternity of Light and The Presence -Guide of this plan of Peace and Love. Originally the purpose was a distribution “hand by hand”, “heart to heart”, but considering the urgency of the planetary situation emerge the necessity of printing it, to publish it and to distribute it.
  3. For Love to the Peace, be devoted each conscious effort to this Action, knowing that the Grand Luminous Fraternity of the Ascended Masters and the Angelical Hosts work with you.
  4. The DIVINE GOVERNMENT manifests the maximum urgency of the emission of the Liberator Light over all the beings on the Planet.
  5. On behalf of the Divine Presence of Love, so be the Divine Order over the diffusion of the Divine Constitution and the Code of Love.
